The human eye, exploded into its parts: cornea, iris, lens, ciliary body, vitreous humor, retina, choroid, sclera, optic nerve

Your Eyes Are Not Broken.

They're adapted to strain and bad inputs.

Giving you a real fix would have you 'unsubscribed' from glasses.

Retail optometry doesn't want you to have this.

Enrollment status: currently closedAdmissions open 4 times a year. Next intake: mid-October.

You Are Currently Renting Your Eyesight.

Your optometrist is part of a $150 billion lens subscription business.

The trade

Glasses show you what you used to be able to see.

Every time you look through them, your actual vision gets a tiny bit worse.

A deal with the devil retail optometrist.

1Lens worn2Eye reads input · grows3Stronger lensthe loop — repeats every prescription

Documented in animal models, pediatric trials, adult population data. Not a fringe claim — a published mechanism your optometrist isn't paid to mention.

Why you're doing this

Get your real eyes back.

Not a lower diopter number. Not a smaller frame. The actual thing — clear vision when you wake up, when you walk into a room, when you look across the table.

  • Wake up to a clear room. No reach for glasses.
  • Read a menu without leaning in.
  • See a face across the kitchen.
  • Drive without contacts. Without the over-prescription fog.
  • Stop arranging your life around the focal plane you can trust.
  • Travel with a wallet — not a lens kit.

The diopter number is the proof. This is the thing.

The protocol

Four steps. Nothing exotic.

The reduced lens method has been created and refined by Endmyopia for 20 years. It works because the lens is the input — change the input, the output follows.

Where you are now~26 mmprotocolThe other direction~24 mm
Axial length runs both ways. Step the lens-input down and the focal plane moves; the eye shortens back along the optical axis. Two millimeters is roughly one diopter.
  1. 1

    Measure

Tape a meter to the wall, walk back until print blurs. The distance in centimeters is your number.

  2. 2

    Step down

A slightly weaker lens for screen / close work — your eyes start working at the focal plane again instead of being held there.

  3. 3

    Re-measure

Weekly. The number moves. You see it move.

  4. 4

    Repeat

Each time the close-work lens stops blurring at the protocol distance, you step it down again. The slope reverses.

What you get

How You Get Your Eyes Back.

No surprises behind the paywall. This is the same content paying members access — week one, in plain language.

  1. Day 1

    Your first cm measurement

A 5-minute guided protocol. Tape, a meter on the wall, your eyes — alone, no card needed. You leave with a starting number you trust.

  2. Week 1

    Habit installs

Three behavior changes that remove most lens-driven strain. Each takes under a minute. No exercises, no eye drops, no pseudoscience.

  3. Week 2

    First reduction window

If your numbers move in the first two weeks — and they often do — you'll see exactly how much, and when to step down differentials. If they don't move, you'll know that too, and what to adjust.

Quick answers

What you're already paying

Status quo isn't free either.

Five years of lens replacements, exam fees, and stronger prescriptions versus one pass through BackTo20/20. Plain math.

5 years of lenses + exams

$2,000–$3,000

$400–$600/yr · stronger prescription each cycle · no end state

BackTo20/20 Guild · once

$1,850

The Guild — $175 × 12 months or one payment · lifetime access · 60-day refund · the lens spend stops once you don't need them

$175 / mo, or one payment. The decision is whether you keep paying the lens subscription forever, or pay one finite number and stop.

The landscape

Compared to the other four options.

Same math, side by side. Reversibility is the column most people don't check until it's too late.

Common questions

Things people ask.

  • Most members see measurable centimeter improvement within 30–90 days. The long-term protocol average across the 135-case archive is roughly one diopter per year. Faster for low-myopia starters, slower for high.
